Be sure to use latest Kuwan Local Analyzer version Most common reason is (1) that KLA is executing an old version of the Kiuwan agent module, kiuwan.com has upgraded the SSL certificate and, for some reason, the automatic upgrade mechanism is not working. A clue of this situation is that the error message displays : CN=Sectigo RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA To be sure that your KLA installation is using the latest version, you can manually force an upgrade by deleting following files (located at your KLA installation root directory):
In case this solution does not work, delete current KLA installation and download and install the latest version (Download Kiuwan Local Analyzer) If you are using Kiuwan Plugin for Jenkins (Jenkins plugin), you should only delete the following directories (download and installation of latest KLA will be automatically done):
Check with your Network Admins that SSL Inspection is being impemented Quite often, network departments implements SSL Inspection and SSL Decryption to avoid security threads thru SSL encrypted channels. These solutions produce that KLA detects the SSL channel is not being established with the expected kiuwan.com server, and it complains about it because it might be a MITM attack. A usual clue of this situation is when log message shows that Certificate CN is different to above value.
Remining option is a real MITM attack !!If you are sure you are using the latest KLA version, get in contact with your Network Department.
