You cannot use the same credentials u= sed on www.kiuwan.com&n= bsp;to authenticate using some of the Single-Sign-On authentication methods= .
If you are using HTTP authentication = or form-based authentication, you have to configure your username and passw= ord you use to authenticate against your organization=E2=80=99s identity pr= ovider, not the credentials you use in www.kiuwan.com.
If your IDP is ADFS, usually the user= name is composed by the ID you use to log into the organization=E2=80=99s d= omain network, plus =E2=80= =98@=E2=80=99 and the domain name.
